1.  Equipment is mainly used for stitching the opening side of the foam or latex inner cover.

2.  Adopts Pegasus small mouth overlock sewing machine head, with the automatic conveying table, so that operator can work with straight line overlocking process of the opening side of foam or latex inner cover with the settled conveying table. 

3.  After the side sewing process is finished, the cover is delivered to the next process by the conveying belt table.

4.  Intelligent conveying table design, reducing moving difficulties of operator before and after sewing. Fixed operator working position, operator may focus on sewing process quality.  

5.  Adjustable sewing and conveying speed.

6.  Both height and inclination of sewing head are adjustable.
